This package gives you all the support you need to further customize and modify your OctopusPro account and also to train yourself and your staff around the various functionalities of the service. We offer bundles of 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 hours. Please select the amount of hours when you book this package. Hours can be used as you prefer and they don't expire. Your friendly Customer Success Manager will get in touch with you to schedule individual times with you to make the most use of this package. We recommend sessions of 1-3 hours at a time via Google Meet, but it is up to you how you want to use this package...
You're all set up already, but there are a few things you want to change? Maybe set up extra services or refine what you offer your customers by adding custom fields? Or you simply want to get yourself or a new team member up to speed on Octopuspro's comprehensive functionalities? Then this package is for you. We offer 1, 2, or 3 hour packages from one of our friendly Customer Success Managers to help you make changes to your settings or provide in depth training. You tell us what you need and we'll get it done. This package should not be used for technical email support (which is provided free of charge 24/7)...

We will then help you configure your account and train you so you can use all the best features and make changes yourself.
